Making Customer Service a Priority at CDMS

Here at CDMS, providing great customer service is one of our top priorities. An excellent dance or music experience for your child starts with having a reliable and friendly team helping you along the way. We have made a commitment to exceeding your expectations with friendly service and a genuine care for your family.


Ease of Scheduling


We understand life is busy! That's why we make it easy to schedule your children for

dance or music classes with us.

We offer online registration, where you can also schedule your children for their classes. To help with busy schedules, we also have multiple dance classes available for each age and offer convenient sibling scheduling with music classes.


Front Desk Staff


In many studios the teacher or the studio owner conducts classes and does the administration. By trying to do two jobs at once, the class may suffer as the teacher has to use class time for customer service issues, or the studio may have no customer service available if the teacher is in a class. To have a good experience it is important to choose a studio that can assist you with details like costumes or schedules, even if a teacher is occupied in a class. We are proud to say our studio has office staff on hand during all regular class times, so you can get immediate assistance!


Ways to Stay Informed


Of course, providing a quality dance education is top priority. Keeping you informed is our second priority. You will receive the following notices through out the year:

  • Brochure & Handbooks – given out at registration

  • Monthly newsletters – given out the first week of each month

  • Revue Fee Info sheets – given out in October

  • Revue Book Pictures and Ad Contest – given out in January

  • Dance Revue Handbook – given out in May
