A yearly membership fee is due at time of enrollment. $60 for first child; $50 for second child; $150 for the family. The membership fee is per child, not class enrolled in. Membership fees are non-refundable and automatically renew each year on May 1.
Our full music year (2020-2021) includes 36 weeks starting August 8 and is divided into 10 equal monthly payments. We use an Auto Pay system for monthly tuition. Tuition is automatically paid on the 5th of each month from August thru May through either a checking account (echeck) or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). A 3% processing fee is added to all credit or debit card transactions. No refunds are given for tuition or registration fees. We do not pro-rate or refund tuition based on missed classes or poor attendance. You may make up missed classes according to our make up lesson policy outlined in the student handbook
Private music lessons are based on the length of your lesson:
A full session of 36 lessons:
30 minute Private Lesson $130/month
45 minute Private Lesson $180/month
60 minute Private Lesson $245/month
When yearly tuition is paid at time of enrollment, you will receive a 5% discount off your total tuition.
Family discounts can be applied for siblings. Each additional child (dance or music) receives a $5/month discount off monthly tuition.
Dance & music require a 2 month minimum of lessons. This is necessary to give the lessons a fair chance, allow us to work with the student, and possibly try another instrument or style. After this, we only need 14 days notice to drop from a class. The withdrawal must be done in person, in writing, with a desk staff member (not a teacher). A simple drop form is used and your scheduled Auto Pay is stopped immediately. Auto Pay schedules are not suspended until written notice is submitted.
Music Recital Fee
Our music recital is optional and low-pressure. The participation fee is kept to a minimum (approximately $45) to cover the venue rental. We ask that guests bring non-perishable food donations which are for the local food bank. Participation fees are due in March for our Spring Recitals.

It is the account holder's responsibility to keep payment information up to date. A 3% process fee is added to all credit or debit card transactions. There are no fees for ACH (echeck).
On the 15th of the month, unpaid tuition will have a $20 late fee added.
Echecks & checks rejected for insufficient funds will also have a $30 NSF fee added.
